Return Eligibility

• Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition.

How to Request a Return

1. Email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
2. If the product is faulty, we’ll send a prepaid return label.
3. For other returns (e.g. changed mind), you may be responsible for return shipping costs, which will be deducted from your refund.

Processing Returns & Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect the return, refunds are processed within 2 business days.
• Flooded by reason, we issue refund to the original payment method unless otherwise arranged.
• Original shipping fees are refunded only if the item was defective or incorrect.
